TOURISM EMPLOYMENT IN TAN HOA VILLAGE

By 2023, a total of 109 local residents has partnered and employed by Oxalis Adventure to take part in tourism initiatives, including:

– Full-time: 8 employees, age range from 29 – 37, working in Oxalis Adventure with the various positions: tour operator, chef, tour guide, technical…

– Part-time: 60 employees, age range from 26 – 47, working in Oxalis Adventure with the various positions: porter, safety assistant, chef, housekeeper…

– Partners: 31 individuals and 10 households, each household has one representative, age range from 30 – 88, working with Oxalis Adventure for: ironwood forest landlord, game operator (ATV Quad tour), local home dining, floating homestay, foods providing…
